Mr. Holland joined The Miller Law Firm, PLLC in March 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Holland spent four years as an associate in the telecommunications practice at a large firm in Washington, DC, where he assisted a variety of clients with regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters, including transactional and administrative law issues, mergers and acquisitions, cable franchise agreements, proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission, and appeals to the United States Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Mr. Holland’s practice includes handling a variety of complex transactional and litigation matters within his areas of practice, including Admiralty-Maritime, Corporate, Commercial and Business Transactions, Employment-Human Resources, Planning and Zoning and Commercial Real Estate Transactions.

Mr. Holland and his wife, Sarah, have one son.
